Sundara Luna Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love your pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- Free of stains, fragrance, or damage

Please note:
- Final sale items, swimwear, and intimate garments cannot be returned.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
Email us at laura@sundaraluna.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to
return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back. Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, we
recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
