By accessing or purchasing from www.sundaraluna.com, you agree to the following terms
and conditions. Please review them carefully before using our website.

1. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and secure payments through Shopify’s payment gateway. Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of
suspected fraud or pricing errors).

2. Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. on orders over $250. Delivery
timelines are estimates and may vary based on destination or external factors.
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees.

3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn,
unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
To begin a return, please contact us at laura@sundaraluna.com. Final sale items, swimwear, and intimate pieces are non-returnable unless otherwise stated.

4. Promotions & Gift Cards
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied. Only one promotion may be used per order unless noted.
Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.

5. Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. We do our best to maintain accurate inventory, but on
rare occasions, an item may sell out before your order is processed. If so, we will notify you and issue a refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, text, images, and designs — is the property of
Sundara Luna and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Sundara Luna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting
from the use of our website or products.
